Across the world, the use of high speed wireless internet connectivity is growing. Unfortunately, the service is sold with the idea of the single user in mind, Banshee Networks sees this as a disadvantage. With the explosive addition of these high speed networks, the capabilities to support a large number of users is here, with only the means of connection missing, the Little Banshee LB-25x series has added the final piece to the puzzle.

Banshee Networks product, the LB-25x, adds the capabilites in a compact, rugged, yet feature rich network appliance, capable of handling the typically inconvient PC-Card format of most WWAN modems. The’use of the LB-25x–offers quick, efficient connections to the Internet, on demand. This feature rich device quite litterally creates a quick, easy portable network, available anywhere support cellular service, and 110v power can be found.
With many optional addons, the LB-25x becomes a "network in a box" delivering to nearly any client connection device capable of wireless or ethernet LAN connections.
Enterprise Performance
Banshee Networks has designed and built all of it's network appliances from an enterprise customer view, offering both the performance and stability necessary for mission critical utilization. Connections to the box are simplified to 10/100 ethernet, option 802.11b WIFI, and serial console port, for administrative management. The LB-25x series offers full network configuration of its 2 ethernet and option WIFI interfaces, including a customizable routing table, allowing the box to serve from 1 to 3 internal LAN segments.
Enhanced Offerings
The LB-25x produces a large number of options for software expansion via it's open linux architecture, allowing for expanded service options to support any network. As a base load, all LB-25x appliances ship ready to serve DNS, DHCP, IPSec services, to name a few.
